Welcome to You Yoga Life LIVE Online Yoga Class!

The Theme for January 2022 is Foundations. Whether you are just starting your yoga practice or are returning to your mat after a long break, these short yoga classes will help you to feel more confident and supported each time you practice.

Each day will be different but will reflect this theme.

Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1-2 blankets, a strap. Use whatever you have already.

Live and unscripted, this online yoga class is free and is held Monday through Friday. Each class is about 15-30 minutes long and will vary in styles. You can expect to practice mindfulness in movement that will bring more balance to your life. Relax, release stress and tension, and feel more connected to your body with each breath.
