This short yin yoga practice focusing on slow deep stretch will open up your hips and help you to increase your lower body flexibility and mobility.
You can do this short yin yoga practice just to relax, in the morning, before bed or after your workout.

✔️Please move in to the body slowly, gently and very mindfully.
✔️During the practice you can close your eyes and focus on breathing (Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose....exhale slowly through your mouth...). You will hear a bell to change the pose, so don't worry.
✔️Respect your body. You should not go beyond 80% of your capacity in the pose.
